​Smyrna, Tennessee is our home! We moved back to the Middle Tennessee area in 2002 and fell in love with Rutherford County. Smyrna is a wonderful city to live in because it has all the benefits of a small town, but is right next to Murfreesboro and Nashville.  All the benefits of small town living with all the niceties of big city amenities!

Lyman is from Middle Tennessee, growing up in Brentwood, where his father still lives. He went to Brentwood High School.
Jill grew up an "Army Brat", living all over the world, in Germany, Korea & Greece, but went to high school in Huntsville, Alabama. Jill is also an Instructional Technology Coach (Teacher) with Rutherford County Schools, and we have helped many educators reach their real estate goals.

We enjoy working together in Real Estate. We are Certified Stagers, and have always enjoyed houses and home renovation. 

As a team, we have a lot to offer. Lyman is big picture, budget watching and a skilled negotiator. Jill is detail oriented, patient, and loves showing home after home!
